Crust Ingredients:
- 2 cups Oreo Cookies Crushed
- 1/4 cup Butter Melted
Filling Ingredients:
- 24 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 3 Eggs
Prepare the Crust:
Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Mix in Baileys Irish Cream.
Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended.
Pour filling over the crust.
