Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries Washed and dried
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate Chopped
  • 4 oz White Chocolate Optional, for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Melt Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth and creamy. If using, melt white chocolate separately.
  • Dip Strawberries: Hold strawberries by the stem and dip into the melted dark chocolate, coating ¾ of the berry.
  • Decorate: Lay dipped strawberries on the parchment-lined baking sheet. If using white chocolate, use a fork to drizzle over the dark chocolate layer.
  • Set: Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for faster setting.

Notes

  • Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly.
