- 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Carrots Diced
- 1 large Onion Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Noodles Any type
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- To taste Salt and Pepper
Prepare Ingredients: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Cook Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
Simmer Soup: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
