Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1 large Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Noodles Any type
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook Chicken: Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Simmer Soup: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add noodles and simmer until noodles are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Soup can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
