Ingredients
  

  • 12 each Fresh Strawberries
  • 6 oz Dark Chocolate, Chopped
  • 3 oz White Chocolate Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Strawberries: Ensure strawberries are washed, completely dry, and at room temperature.
  • Melt Dark Chocolate: Use a double boiler or microwave to gently melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  • Dip in Dark Chocolate: Hold by the stem, dip strawberries into dark chocolate, leaving the top part visible. Place on parchment paper to set.
  • Melt White Chocolate: Once dark chocolate has set, melt white chocolate until smooth.
  • Decorate with White Chocolate: Use a small piping bag or fork to drizzle white chocolate over the dark to create 'tuxedo' buttons and bow ties.
  • Set: Allow the strawberries to set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.

Notes

  • Chocolate must be tempered if not consuming immediately to prevent blooming.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain the gloss of the chocolate.
