- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Onion Finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil For frying
Prepare the Burger Mix: In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth. Stir in breadcrumbs, onions, cumin, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
